I just thought that I would share what a great weekend I had. First, I'm over (for the most part) my cold, YAY!!! Second I have great friends! Third, I live in a great place!!

Friday night-- Ok this one was a bit of a waste, but I had taped through out the week all the new show taht I wanted to see and I spent Friday evening watching them. That may sound really boring and, well kind of a sad thing to be happy about, but I love good TV. As usual 2/3 of the shows I watched I will not bother with again but I've found two new shows to add to my list... which unfortunately means that two have to go...

Saturday-- I was too sick to go out on my birthday last week, (though I did had a wonderful home family visit on my birthday, including my sister-in-law from Texas who was helping my mother-in-law with unpacking etc...) So 3 of my friends took me out for my birthday dinner. Last year I was in London with one of them and she also took me out for dinner... I have such nice friends!!! Anyway, we went for Viet (one of my favourites) and then went for a walk with purpose to DQ. It was a wonderful warm fall night and I can not tell you how much I enjoyed myself!

Sunday-- I volunteered at the Word Under the Street (part of the word on the street but the comic/graphic novel area) and I was with three of the nicest people I've ever volunteered with and I score some free comics for helping with some booths,

Anyway's all in all this weekend was as about as perfect as one could get without some major lifechanging type event. I thank all who helped make it that way!!
