xtermIn my avoidance of work today I've been thinking about who or what is one of the scariest (as in horror) characters that still scare me when things go bump in the night.
At the top of my list is Glory from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. (there are others but I'm weirdly fixated on this one today)
I'm not talking about the actress per se or even how the character was portrayed in the series, I'm talking about the archetype of the character of Glory (I will refer now in non-gender). The complete self-indulgent, seriously powerful, crazy, evil person that has such a narrow perspective that to say they are the centre of the universe is an understatement... I guess what I find horrifying is the unpredictability and the sheer lack of morality when he/she acts out her/his impulses...
